as i promised i'll b updating on this.. so here goes :
sadly, bao chunlai lost! but is okay since he was.. haha..
around 10-ish da matches had all already complete so v went to asia cafe again to makan (v went to asia cafe too last yr after badminton).. n surprisingly, i wen i turned round a corner, i saw a very familiar face.. n while i was trying to interpret dat certain familiar face, nicole was pulling my hand.. she stop wen i said dat it was da chn coach v met last year wen he was on his way to the bus.. i was so shocked, i even stared at him wide-eyed but he did return me wif da wide-eyed look too! hahaha.. i tink he must b tinking at v r weird or mad.. LOL!

being as lazy as v normally were, nicole n i went bk to her aunt's house to sleep.. but not long after v woke up, her cousin took us to mid-valley.. its so cacat.. v came out da same with nothin in our hand but our bags cos dere is nothin 2 buy!

okay.. exactly 5 months bk was August 18th, den, was the time nicole n i 1st went to KL 2gether to watch badminton.. okay mainly bcos its da World Championships n v were darn more than excited.. but as 18th of January approached, yeah da both of us still had da same feeling of excitement as last yr mainly bcos v r gonna watch badminton live in front of us again.. n it wasn't da World Championships anymore, but it was da Malaysia Open which marked da start of badminton 4 da 2008 season.

okay cool.. on dat friday, i woke up super early 2 get my bath.. after dat i was kinda in a rush cos i haven't got everything done n nicole told me she was cumin.. but thank gudness i was in time cos wen she arrived my house.. i was already wearing my shoes! wen to da airport so early.. anyway, after v arrived in KL, nicole's aunt treated us wif Klang's infamous 'bah kut teh' (familiar line, isn't it fellow 4 Terampilians? haha..).. n yeah it was certainly GOOD!

2day was da semis! v wen to da stadium after v woke up n had our brunch.. ran like mad ppl to get bangers cos da match was goin 2 start.. its all cos nicole being da typical, sweet her, needed to c her lyd.. haha.. so v hurried bk to our places n watch da matches..

everything was okay until v caught something or rather someone really attractive at da corner of our eyes.. v turned to find them standing near us waiting 4 their names to be called on court.. there he was.. my ko! hahaha.. i noe i m being silly!! does it sound like i was describing someone else? he was in yellow dat day though.. looking as good as ever, duh! u dissagree do you, nicole? haha! but anyway.. cai yun was wif fu haifeng in blue on da side wif da linesmen n such.. nicole wen to grab da cameras.. u shud c how quick she does dat whenever lyd or cai yun is around.. haha!

poor nicole.. she was screaming 4 them.. n da boy behind us cheering 4 denmark!! but after everything, v decied to go to da bk of da stadium n sneak in to da main arena.. cos dis year da security has been tightened so much dat v can't do anything v did last yr.. haha.. pls dun ask wad v did, okay? wen to wait 4 nicole's cousin to pick us up.. but wen v were toking outside da stadium, v saw someone.. he was : our very own koo kien keat.. nicole did have a quick chat wif him b4 da 3 of us headed 4 dinner.. well, seperately.. haha!
Sunday - 20th January 2008
nicole n i were unfortunately forced to wake up after her aunt calling after us to wake up.. it was 6 in da morn on a sunday, like hello? hahaha.. dun blame us cos v noe v r lazy ppl.. haha! anyway v woke up dat early 4 a reason of course! it was bcos v have to go to church.. it was da 1st service at 7.30am.. u shud c da look on nicole's face.. so darn funny.. she look like she could fall asleep anytime..
v bumped to lee jae jin next.. anoda korean player outside at da same place v met shon seong-mo.. nicole n i was so paiseh cos after dat he wen to his team mates.. n suddenly da whole group turned n look at us.. v turned around so quickly n even started to walk away as fast as possible but mei yen was not here yet.. v were supposed to wait 4 her..

believe it or not.. but v did really appeared on tv during da finals!
wad a nice guy he is! hendra setiawan..
it was sweet of choong tan fook to come bk n support zhang jiewen.. he was so funny wen he waved at us.. it was like as if v were his fwens bk in high skool which v r absolutely not! but he was just so friendly!

v din get to watch da rest of mens doubles since v have got a flight to catch.. n it was even worse cos v had to leave at da subang airport which looks like a abandoned place.. so quiet even if dere is a pin dropping u could have heard.. n v were so early.. v had to wait at least an hour to board..

v were actually hoping dat v could leave in KLIA so dat v dtill had da chance to meet da players.. cos my uncle did last yr during da world championships.. he was goin to korea dat night after da finals.. n da whole bunch of korean n chinese players were dere.. it ended up wif a wonderful pic dat freaked nicole n i out after v saw it!
anyways; dis was basically wad happened.. it was cool n FUN!

wen bk home n watched heroes 4 an hour plus.. after dat, off v went to da stadium.. n v were so early! haha.. i was lazy to go take bangers n bcos it was da finals, if v were to leave our places den v might not have one after v came bk.. so nicole went out alone to take those bangers.. she returned wif 100 plus bangers wif v din like it cos da noise wasn't loud enuf..

so it was my turn to leave n take new ones 4 us.. n while i was walkin around da stadium looking 4 da bangers, i met da chn coach outside.. haha it was da singles coach dis time.. i dowan to meet them, i wanna meet their players instead! but wen i saw him, i only had one thing on my mind dat is please, PLEASE dun let me meet bao chunlai like right now.. cos if i do i wouldn't noe wad to do.. i didn't have anything wif me.. no money, no camera, no phone, no nothin!

half throughout da matches da both of us came out n met mei yen.. mei yen's really sweet.. she helped us get to those korean players v happen to met outside at da food court.. da best part was wif shon seong-mo n hwang ji-man.. they were 2gether but wen v asked 4 a pic.. da hwang ji-man din seem to noe n he walked away so fast! haha.. mei yen spoke to him in korean asking where is yong dae 4 nicole.. he replied wif something but it was so quick da only thing v heard was "yong dae ah......"
